This is the opportunity that G-d has given us in advance of the awesome days of Rosh HaShana and Yom Kippur. The particular Torah readings from Deuteronomy that “coincide” with the weeks preceding Rosh HaShana are evidence of G-d’s great love for us and the genius of the Hebrew calendar.
