Copyright Terms and conditions FAQs for programs on Universal Torah Network.
- All Shows are copyright, all rights reserved by the programmers. DO NOT PUT THEM ON YOUR or ANY OTHER WEB SITE. How clear can that be?
- Can I put the programs on my/another web site?
NO! All material is strictly copyrighted. All material must be accessed directly from the Universal Torah Network web site: UniversalTorah.com. Anything else is a violation of our legal terms, and therefore a violation of the Torah! - What are your “legal terms” ?
All material is strictly copyrighted. You may not distribute, copy, share, exhibit, cache, indirectly link to, sell or do anything with ANY of the material on the web site in any way, shape or form without our expressed handwritten and signed permission. No electronic document is valid. - What does all that mean?
It means that you can watch the shows from our UniversalTorah.com website on your computer. If you want to, you can even download the shows to watch or listen on your personal device. We want you to watch or listen the shows. You just can’t share, duplicate, distribute or exhibit the programs in any other way. We reserve those rights. And to do otherwise is a violation of G-d’s message/instruction/laws and common decency. - What does “indirectly link to” mean?
You can not link directly to any media content on our servers, or make it appear as if it is something you are serving, or surrounding it with your comments, web pages, URL or any other context that may benefit your web site. This includes framing our web site or media under a different URL. All links must reference the UniversalTorah.com web site, and should never directly link to the media files, or any other content we author or provide.
