False prophets are allowed to exist and function according to their ordained nature and according to the power they were given. One of these powers is the ability to deceive people and Influence them ia a manner resembling that of a genuine prophet. It is sometimes possible, however, that a prophet should be sent with a message to others. He may be a recognized prophet, who is well-versed and totally knowledgeable in the ways of prophecy. Nevertheless, one who is not so well-versed and knowledgable may also be given such a task. One that attains the highest level of prophecy gains a perfectly clear grasp of the prophetic message. That is, being that their prophetic experience binds them to Elokim (G-d), and it was Elokim Himself Who was revealed to themself and acted upon it, they realize that the images that they perceived were visions of prophecy, resulting from Divine Influence. Knowledge of the subject matter (contained in the revelation) is permanently fixed in their mind through this Influence (and it remains with them without any doubt). The prophet then feels no uncertainty about their being as a prophet, about any aspect of their prophecy, or about its origin and results.

Knowledge and understanding can be obtained through man’s innate powers or via Divine Inspiration. Elokim ordained that man should naturally be able to teach himself, understand and reason with his intellect, and thus gain knowledge from his observation of things and their properties. G-d alone is responsible for the contents of a prophetic vision. Prophecy can be given at many levels, in different degrees.

Good and Evil co-exist as equal strength throughout Creation. No evil or imperfection can possibly be found in HaShem/Elokim, it is only in created things that imperfection and evil can exist. Good overshadows evil in one basic way: its superior Root. Good has its basis in G-d’s own perfection, which is without beginning or end. Evil, on the other hand, is merely something that was created and will eventually be annihilated. Its purpose is to function only during the period of man’s striving.
