“You shall not turn to the worthless idols, nor shall you make molten deities for yourselves.” (Leviticus 19:4) Don’t fall prey to your own fears and weaknesses and begin shaping false gods to provide easy answers, and in essence become answerable to you. It is you who must shape your being and your destiny to G-d’s will, and by doing so, become answerable to G-d.
Kedoshim (Leviticus 19:1-20:27)
Parashat Kedoshim is read on Shabbat:
Nisan 26, 5771/April 30, 2011

By following the commandments given us by Torah we can learn how to discover, develop and bring to fruition the unique potential that is within us. Learn the secret of your own hidden potential and how to fulfill it by serving G-d, in this exploration of the simple commandment to take challah when preparing bread.

The Commonplace Miracles, Cycles of Birth and Death, and Ascending the Spiritual Ladder
In this post-Pesach return, Rabbi Richman and Yitzchak Reuven stir it up. Having walked through the Sea of Reeds, our hosts are determined not to look back towards Egypt. Hopefully, we will all utilize the spiritual tools we are presented with for personal, national, and global growth towards the ultimate freedom of the Torah, during these days of the counting of the Omer.

Next week on Light to the Nations:
To be announced.
Miracles present themselves when we lock arms and with one heart proceed forward with a common goal and with perfect faith in HaShem. This is how we crossed the Sea of Reeds, this is how we received Torah at Sinai, and this is how we will build the Holy Temple and bring in the final redemption.

Bat Melech – with Rena Richman
Bat Melech teachings appear every second Wednesday.
Next on Bat Melech: To Be Announced April 27, 2011
It is time to search out and destroy all the chametz, (leaven) in our lives. Chametz is pride and haughtiness, and slavery to routine, all the things that separate us from G-d. On Passover we eat only matzah, unleavened bread, symbolizing humility and the ability to utilize the basic elements of water, flour and time in order to serve G-d, and thereby gain our freedom!
Dedication: This teaching is dedicated to Barbara & Norm Shegitz.
Temple Talk is a weekly internet radio webcast with Rabbi Chaim Richman and Yitzchak Reuven of the Temple Institute.
This week features:
Passover Freedom, Islamic Lies and Political Correctness
The Passover Lamb: The Power of Israel’s Faith in the Ultimate Face-Off Against Idolatry
The Pascal offering, (korban Pesach), and leaving Egypt for good is all about smashing idols and doing precisely what is politically incorrect, and this is exactly what Rabbi Chaim Richman, Yitzchak Reuven and special guest, professional iconoclast, Tzvi Richman set out to achieve in this week’s Temple Talk. The most essential and important and cathartic and healing and purifying thing Israel could do right now for the betterment of herself and all the nations would be to take a lamb to the Temple Mount, build an altar, and make the korban Pesach precisely as we are commanded to do. No fear. Just faith!
