Dear Sam,
..I can not fully understand why some things are so, but still, I do respect that your Rabbinical resources/collegues are uncomfortable with what you are teaching to Christians with reference to the New Testament and Jesus. I feel compelled to share a few things. I am Jewish by birth, but I have lost the Torah from assimilation. I became aware that I was Jewish and started to research “what it means to be Jewish”. I was raised to believe in Jesus and much of the New Testament. I have been listening to Rabbi Tovia Singer’s Outreach Judiasm lectures. Currently, I am utterly stuck in the middle on just “who I am”. I can’t say this for sure (because I am not ‘there’ yet) but, perhaps what you are doing/teaching may help some other souls that are searching as well as myself. (and following generations, G-d willing). I have alot of unanswered problems, but I continue on searching for truth. It is my hope that you may be some help, not only to myself, but also for other former Christians drawn to The ONE True G-d of Israel. And for those whom admire the Jewish people, and yet do not have a full understanding on “why” this is. With Best Regards, Marie
