When G-d “perceives”; He is judging and making decrees, “directing” His Attention to specific details of His Awareness. Everything that was or will be was foreseen by G-d from the beginning of time, and nothing was hidden from Him. Everything that exists is revealed and known to Him, in its every aspect. Absolutely nothing is concealed from G-d and His knowledge is not bound by time. When we seek G-d in regard to any circumstance in our lives, He is not bound by the time during which He wishes to act upon these circumstance(s).
